Black Milk Disney 2.0 Release

A FRIEND recently introduced me to the clothing line Black Milk. For those of you who are unaware, it is an Australian company that makes bright printed pieces, they are particularly well known for their leggings. Along with some of their own material designs, they also include a ton of television and film prints including: Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, DC Comics and Disney.

Black Milk have just released their second Disney collection. Here are a few of my favourite pieces.

Mickey Zoetrope Skater Skirt

$60 AUD (approximately £30.55)

This is by far my favourite piece from their new collection and I am so tempted to buy it, my birthday is right round the corner so I think I will be dropping hints soon! Steamboat Willie introduced us to both Mickey and Minnie Mouse and is credited with launching Walt Disney's career. The film reel print is also right up my street. Gorgeous!

Bambi Leggings

These are really cute, but you would need to be confident to wear them! These would look amazing in the summer and would go really well with a simple top and leather jacket combo.

Tinker Bell Reversible Skater Dress

$95 AUD (approximately £48.38)

This dress is beautiful and the fact that it is reversible is really appealing. It can be worn either with a scoop front or a high neck racer front. This is a highly versatile dress that could easily be dressed up or dressed down for different occasions.

Pride Rock Reversible Crop

$55 AUD (approximately £28)

This top would be great for Spring Break. Another reversible piece that could be a staple of your summer wardrobe, not sure how much use you would get out of it in Scotland though.

Black Milk provides free shipping to the United Kingdom as well as a number of other countries but be careful when importing goods as you may get hit by customs charges and VAT which can increase the price dramatically.

Although I love all these pieces, the prices are a bit off putting for me. I’m quite stingy when it comes to clothes so I would really have to get a lot of wear out of these to justify buying them myself and right now I’m not sure that I would. What do you think?
